Trey Songz Denies Latest Rape Allegation

Trey Songz is denying allegations he raped former UNLV basketball player Dylan Gonzalez.

On Tuesday, the college athlete turned artist detailed her allegation on Instagram and Twitter writing:

“With what seems like endlessly recurring news of the alleged sexually assaults committed by Trey Songz, I am forced to repeatedly relive in my mind, and suffer anew, the long-supressed horror and unbearable PTSD of my rape by his very hands at a well known Las Vegas hotel.”

“At this time, I humbly request my privacy, consideration, and compassion while I fully commit to pursue the best course of action and all of my legal options.”

Gonzalez also urged those with additional inquiries to contact her lawyer George Vrabeck, who also shared his client’s statement.

Gonzalez previously tweeted that “Trey Songz is a rapist” on Dec. 31.

Reps for Songz told TMZ he will be exonerated after the legal process plays out.

“Trey and his team are confident in the legal process and that there will be an abundance of exonerating information to come over the next few weeks.”

Dylan’s legal team, attorneys Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck, said they will consider pursuing any and all legal avenues and will take action in the next few weeks, with plans for filing a civil suit. They did not mention anything about filing a police report or criminal charges. A source close to Dylan said the incident happened several years ago in Las Vegas.

Trey is already being investigated for a separate alleged sexual assault in Vegas at The Cosmopolitan while he was in town celebrating his 37th birthday.

A couple weeks ago another woman came forward claiming Songz assaulted her at Liv nightclub in Miami back in 2018. Last year a woman named Aliza came forward claiming Trey held her for hours in a hotel room and urinated on her. Trey denied this allegation in a post on Twitter.

Unfortunately with his ongoing string of allegations, arrests and bizarre incidents it’s clear Trigga may be in a dark place. Sadly the singer, recognized for his sultry love songs and penchant for saying “yuuuup” may not know “no means no.”
