Porsha Williams Is Leaving ‘Dish Nation’ And Possibly ‘RHOA’

Porsha Williams is saying goodbye to Dish Nation!

On Wednesday, the reality star shared the news on Instagram that she would be departing the radio show after eight years.

“Goodbyes are never easy, and this one is especially hard. For the past eight years, I’ve worked on one of the most fun, collaborative, exciting, and best produced shows on television. But as I continuously start new chapters in my life, it means I have to close others,” she wrote.

“Since 2013, everybody at Dish has been like family to me. There’s a lot of people I’ve met along this journey that I am incredibly thankful for,” Williams continued. “Whether it was on air or behind the scenes, they’ve endlessly supported my career and more importantly, my happiness.”

Williams shared rthat her last day as a host will be August 27.

She went on to thank her crew, co-hosts, and the network. And, of course, she couldn’t forget about her fans.

“Thank you all for an unforgettable run and almost 10 years of my life I am eternally grateful for,” she concluded. “Keep dishing! Love you ♥️”

Williams has not yet confirmed whether or not she will be returning for season 14 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. But fans think she may be departing that show as well.

Over the weekend, Williams took to her Instagram Story to post a cryptic message about moving on to a new chapter.

“You can literally feel when it’s time to move into your life’s next chapter,” she said in a post captured by @realhousewivesfranchise.

While Porsha could have been referring to a number of things in her professional and personal lives, some fans think she’s hinting at a potential RHOA departure.

According to recent reports production on season 14 of the show has been delayed due to casting shake-ups. Bravo reportedly wants to overhaul the cast after lackluster ratings for season 13.

Insiders also say Porsha is reluctant to return for season 14 because of her relationship with Simon Guobadia. Following the bombshell announcement that Williams and Simon were an item, the couple also revealed that they got engaged nearly a month after dating.

Fans quickly called Williams shady considering Simon is the ex-husband of RHOA friend of the show Falynn Guobadia — whom had only announced her split from Simon in March.

Insiders say despite the drama Porsha is extremely happy and does not want her shade throwing RHOA co-stars attacking her relationship.

However, it appears her next chapter may still include Bravo. In May, it was announced that Williams would be getting a three-part limited series on the network that focuses on her personal life.
