King Bach Explains Why He Goes Dutch On Dates…
Yes, you read that right. Andrew Bachelor, better known as King Bach, is an internet sensation, owns multiple businesses, and stars in a new movie with legends like Diane Keaton and Jeremy Irons. But, even though he clearly has plenty of coins in the bank, he still prefers to make girls go half on dates.
In Bach’s new film, Love, Weddings & Other Disasters, the comedian plays Captain Richie, a man who gives historical duck boat tours in Boston. He becomes obsessed with trying to find a woman who once took one of his tours and does some pretty crazy things for love. So, when we sat-down with Bach to discuss the project we had to ask what’s the craziest thing he’s ever down for love. His answer? “Paid for a full meal and didn’t split the bill!”
King claims he usually tells the date that they’ll have to go halfsies if they want to be with him. According to the 32-year-old, “It’s 2020 now … the womens got it, too!” Oh, and he wasn’t done … the funny guy claims his 2021 resolution is to have a girl pay for all his dates. Yea, his wildin’…
Maybe Bach should just take his next date to see his new film … at least that’ll be free!
The movie, Love, Weddings & Other Disasters, is an “indie rom-com starring Jeremy Irons, Diane Keaton, and Maggie Grace, with Dennis Dugan directing the Boston-set feature.
“With a couple’s impending wedding as the backdrop, Love, Weddings & Other Disasters weaves multiple storylines as it follows the search for love by a colorful group of characters including: an inexperienced wedding planner (Grace) nicknamed “The Wedding Trasher”; a fussy celebrity caterer (Irons); his blind date (Keaton); and a tour-bus guide (Andrew Bachelor) looking for his Cinderella. How their lives and loves intersect is half the fun in this film that proves romance is alive and well… and as crazy as ever!”
Love, Weddings & Other Disasters is in theaters and On Demand December 4th!
