Off-White Creator Virgil Abloh Cancelled Over $50 Donation?
Virgil Abloh is being dragged from one end of Twitter to the other and it all has to do with his response to the George Floyd protestors.
We’re sure Virgil though he was doing a good deed — donating money to a protestors’ bail fund is absolutely one way to show support for those out on the street, fighting against police brutality and systematic racism. However, it was the amount he donate that had folks scratching their heads. Donation chains have been passed around on IG, encourage people to donate money to a cause and tag a number of their friends to challenge them to do the same. Abloh was tagged and accepted to challenge which required a $50 donation to help arrested protestors in Miami. However, the Off-White CEO and Louis Vuitton artistic director is worth millions, so $50 feels like the least he cold do … literally. And, of course, he got roasted for it.
I know Virgil Abloh is lying to me! Lmao. pic.twitter.com/H9JHTNF8MY

But, the critique of the fashion designer didn’t end there. He also caught heat with his response to the damage done to the sneaker store Round Two, owned by his friend Sean.
Meanwhile Sean had a whole different energy…
Does this make you think differently of Virgil?
