At 29-years-old, Quavious Keyate Marshall earned his high school diploma and fulfilled a lifelong dream. Even though he has found success as a rapper, and has earned millions of dollars, he still understood the importance of education and is even looking forward to pursuing a college degree. Maybe his girlfriend, and fellow rapper, Saweetie will influence his choice — she’s a USC grad herself.

Although this is obviously a time of celebration for Quavo, there’s always a hater waiting in the wings. Actually, in this case, they’re on Twitter…

I’m not sure what is embarrassing about going back to school to obtain your diploma? I mean there are many artists currently who did even past 8th or 9th grade. I applaud him for even going back and get his diploma. He setting an example for the younger generation.
