Most folks are concerned about catching Coronavirus, but not Soulja Boy — he’s focused on cashing in on the panic-inducing pandemic.

The rapper turned businessman, alongside his manager Miami Mike, invested in a company called The Soap Shop that sells laundry detergent, dish-washing liquid, body wash and cleaning supplies. Due to the uptick in increased cleanliness caused by COVID-19, Soulja claims the company has been raking in cash.

Via Pagesix:

The Soap Shop has gone from selling 100 bottles of cleaning products a month to well-over 3,000 bottles, according to the website. That means the bubbly biz has seen a ‘record-setting’ 3,000 percent increase.

In an interview with The Breakfast Club, the “Crank That” rapper shared, “It’s just different businesses … once you get into the music industry, you know, branch out, do different stuff like try different things. Try different business ventures. Everybody needs soap.”

Clearly, Soulja Boy is on to something here.

Oh, and the company gives back to those in need. Even more reason to support Soulja’s soap ambitions.

The Soap Shop is also the founder of the Bubbles for Cash Fundraiser and Books for Tots Fundraiser. The Fundraisers help organizations such as day cares, community groups, dance teams, public schools, sport teams, cheerleaders, churches, PTA organizations, private organizations, political campaigns, sororities and fraternities, school bands, non-profit organizations, and other organizations that need to utilize fundraisers to raise money.
