Mya Is Married … But Who’s The Lucky Guy?!

It used to be “all about me, me, me,” but now it’s “all about we, we, we!” Mya is a married woman now!

The 40-year-old singer tied the knot in a super private ceremony down in Seychelles. And, get this, it happened months ago! According to TMZ, Mya said “I do” back in December and has kept it under wraps until now.

So Who’s Her Hubby?

That’s the million dollar question. We may not know exactly who the mystery man is (yet!), but we do know who it’s not. In years past, Mya has been linked to rappers like Game, Silkk The Shocker, Jay Z, Cam’ron and Gucci Mane. She’s also had ties to NFL stars DeSean Jackson and Larry Johnson. But, none of these fellas are her current husband.

We also think the relationship came about relatively recently. Just two years ago the songstress was telling radio Hot97’s Ebro that she was single and celibate. She also elaborated on why she keeps her private life, private!

“My intention has always been love and connection with a person beyond anything else. I’ve been so private because I didn’t want it to make or break me or to be a public stunt. I’ve really fired a lot of managers that had that mindset or publicists that had that mindset of, ‘Oh, you need to go on a date with this person because it’s going to help album sales.’ No thank-you. That’s not my flow. I don’t like it. I understand it from that perspective. … I am single. Focused. Celibate.”
