Things are not looking good for Lizzo.

Three of the singers former backup dancers have filed a lawsuit against her alleging they were sexually harassed and subjected to a toxic work environment while on tour.

Arianna Davis, Crystal Williams and Noelle Rodriguez filed the complaint in Los Angeles claiming they were forced into a “sexually charged and uncomfortable” work environment and that harassment was “so severe or pervasive” that it made their employment conditions “intolerable.”

Davis also alleged that the Grammy winning singer pressured her into groping a naked performer’s breasts while clubbing in Amsterdam.

She also claims dancers were subjected to an “excruciating” hours long re-audition after being accused of drinking on the job with one girl alleging she peed her pants out of fear of taking a break.

Davis and Williams say they were let go from their jobs after being accused of consuming alcohol on the tour, which they denied. Rodriguez resigned from her position.

Although, Lizzo has been a leading voice on body positivity, she is also being accused of fat shaming her dancers and forcing one to allegedly discuss her eating disorder in front of others.

The singer’s production company Big Grrrl Big Touring and her dance captain, Shirlene Quigley, have also been named in the lawsuit and have yet to speak out about the allegations. The lawsuit is seeking unspecified damages.

Other dancers and family members not apart of the suit also spoke out in solidarity with her accusers on social media.
