Blueface Stabbed While Training At L.A. Boxing Gym
Rapper Blueface was stabbed in the leg by a stranger while training at a boxing gym in Los Angeles.
The incident went down on Wednesday (Aug 23) while the “Thotiana” rapper was ironically preparing for an upcoming fight.
The 26-year-old artist, whose real name is Jonathan Porter, was taken to the hospital, shortly thereafter. According to the Los Angeles Times the stabbing occurred around 10:30 a.m. at Kaminsky Boxing Gym in Reseda.
The LAPD confirmed with the newspaper that a man was taken to a local hospital with a stab wound while conscious and breathing, but declined to identify the victim as Blueface.
Police also said the suspect fled in a black Tesla Model S with no license plates.
Blueface took to social and shared the news with his followers. He also posted apparent surveillance footage of the confrontation on his Instagram.

He wrote in the caption that he will no longer be able to participate in his scheduled fight on Oct. 14 because he was “stabbed by some random guy.”
The video posted by Blueface shows an agitated man in a white tank top and jeans approach the rapper, who is wearing boxing gloves and a chest protector. Another man — identified by TMZ as trainer David Kaminsky — steps between them.
The two can be seen Blueface goes around Kaminsky and punches the suspect in the face with a hard right. He then hits him with several other punches, the video shows.
The man backs away, and appears to pull out a knife from his pocket. The footage cuts out before the alleged stabbing.
