Courtney Rhodes is coming in hot on the new season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Rhodes joins the cast of the hit Bravo show’s 15th season as a “Friend” of peach holder Sheree Whitfield and it’s clear she’s going to be bringing the drama. During the explosive season premiere we meet the 48-year-old who wastes no time going toe-to-toe with Kandi Burruss.

So, just who is Courtney Rhodes? Here’s everything you need to know about the new addition to RHOA.

She’s A Mom

Courtney has a 25-year-old daughter from her previous relationship with music producer and Groove Theory singer Bryce Wilson. Her daughter also went to school with Whitfield’s son and that seems to be the basis for their bond.

She’s A Business Woman

Rhodes is not only the co-founder and director of marketing and media relations at C&D: The Agency but also has her own jewelry line called Courtney Raquel.

She’s Recently Divorced

Rhodes is recently divorced from Chicago attorney Leslie Bond Jr. Rhodes and Bond wed in 2016. It’s unclear when they split. Per Sanya Richards-Ross she’s single and ready to mingle.

“I think Courtney brings a great dynamic to the group,” said Richards-Ross. “She’s outspoken. She’s a boss woman. She’s going through like she was divorced recently and she’s newly dating. I love her dynamic for the show.”

She’s An Author

Courtney wrote a book in 2017 called Make Your Mark: Personal Branding Through On-Purpose Living and embarked on a ten-city tour. Courtney’s book “breaks down key factors that allow the discovery and promotion of your best self,” according to the description on Amazon.

She Has An Online Boutique

Courtney and her daughter Jala also run the e-commerce boutique Shop The B Guide where they provide affordable fashion, jewelry and clothing.
