Rihanna Is Pregnant! Rep Confirms Following Super Bowl Performance

Rihanna promised a surprise guest during her Super Bowl half time show and she certainly delivered.

A representative for the superstar confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter that she is indeed pregnant with her second child following her explosive performance.

Rihanna performed well-known hits like “We Found Love,” “Where Have You Been,” “Diamonds” and “Work, during her epic 13-minute set. The beauty and fashion mogul rocked a red Loewe jumpsuit and Alaia coat, showing off what appeared to be a baby bump. At one point she even rubbed her burgeoning belly as she sang and danced on stage.

Social media was quick to speculate if the already mother of one was expecting again sending fans hopelessly waiting on new music into a frenzy.

Rihanna, along with rapper A$AP Rocky, are the proud parents of a 9-month-old boy. He was seen excitedly supporting her on the sidelines during the halftime show, filming her performance and dancing along.

Reps did not give more details regarding how far along she is. Ahead of her Super Bowl performance she opened up about how becoming a mother influenced her decision to take on the stage after nearly 6 years.

“When I first got the call to do it again this year, I was like, ‘You sure?’ Like, I’m three months postpartum, like, should I be making major decisions like this right now? Like, I might regret this,” she said during the Apple Music Super Bowl LVII Halftime Show press conference. “But when you become a mom, there’s something that just happens where you feel like you could take on the world, you can do anything.”
