Denzel Reveals It Took 15 Years To Make ‘A Journal For Jordan’
Denzel Washington’s passion project A Journal For Jordan is finally hitting theaters and he couldn’t be more excited.
The Oscar winner told HipHollywood he signed on to produce the project in 2013, but wasn’t planning on directing it.
The filmed based on on the 2008 memoir of the same name by Dana Canedy tells the true romance of Dana (Chanté Adams) and Army 1st Sgt. Charles Monroe King (played by Michael B Jordan) woven together by passages from a journal he wrote for their infant son.
A Journal For Jordan is in theaters Christmas Day.
