Porsha Williams Reveals Sexual Encounter With R. Kelly

Porsha Williams is opening up for the first time about an uncomfortable experience she had with R. Kelly.

In her new book “The Pursuit of Porsha” the reality star says she was connected with Kelly back in 2007 while she was pursuing a music career. Williams says she expected to be driven to a recording studio but was taken to Kelly’s home instead. During their meeting Williams says Kelly told her to take off her clothes.

“I’ve already put myself in this position,” she writes “This is what you’re supposed to do. You have to. There is no turning back.”

Williams saw Kelly two more times and says in her book that she encountered several young women who also were staying at his home. She writes that she decided not to see him again after she woke up one day and heard a woman being beaten in another room.

The Real Housewives Of Atlanta star says she has spoken with investigators about her experience and hopes she can help other victims. She told PEOPLE, “I realized it was my opportunity to help anyone who’s been hurt by him.”

Kelly is currently in jail in Chicago after being found guilty of sex trafficking and racketeering.

Williams’ memoir is slated to release on Nov. 30th … just in time for her Bravo spinoff Porsha Family Matters.
