Saweetie Claps Back After Being Called A Colorist

Saweetie is clapping back at claims she’s a colorist after an old chat she had with Too Short resurfaces online.

The IG Live convo between the two rappers went down sometime last year, but for whatever reason it popped up on social media again this weekend.

During the conversation, Short and Saweetie dish on being from the Bay Area before the “Blow The Whistle” rapper confesses that he loves biracial women.

He then takes it a step further saying he thinks bi-racial children are the prettiest. Sweetie who reveals that she too is bi-racial appears stunned by Short’s commentary.

Unfortunately, it seems, people took her shock as approval with one user online labeling her a colorist. The “Icy” rapper took a moment over the weekend to address the chatter by posting another clip from that same convo where she praises Black women.

She also posted a Q&A she did with fans some years ago, where someone asked her if she thought dark-skinned women can be pretty … and she replied, “they know they are.”
