Joseline Hernandez And Wendy Williams Have Heated Exchange On-Air
Wendy Williams says she isn’t apologizing for her rude and shady behavior on her eponymous daytime talk show.
She made the declaration during an awkward exchange with guest Joseline Hernandez. On Wednesday Hernandez appeared via zoom to chat about her new show Joseline’s Cabaret Atlanta, but ended-up in a verbal sparring match with Williams.
It all started when Williams tried to give Hernandez a compliment. “For some reason, I wouldn’t recognize you if I saw you — you look different every time I see you — in a good way.”
Unfortunately the self-proclaimed “Puerto Rican Princess” wasn’t amused and let Wendy know it.
“I hope you’re going to give me my flowers today, I hope you’re going to honor how much work I put out there. I hope you’re going to, you know, not kind of throw this off outside of everything that I’ve done. I’m an accomplished woman,” she said before adding , “And Wendy — you’re 35 years, my senior, I should get those flowers.”
Wendy clapped back, “No, you have the number one show on Zeus and you got renewed for a third season, which needs to be commended.”
After a few more excruciating exchanges, Wendy admitted she “doesn’t apologize for anything” and became so fed up that she threw flowers towards Joseline’s screen. Joseline unfortunately didn’t let up.
Well … she does have a point. Williams has made a name for herself over the years for her salacious and shady commentary during her “Hot Topics” segment. Not to mention her borderline rude line of questioning to her in studio guests.
We do commend Joseline for keeping her cool the entire time. She never raised her voice or cursed at Wendy and even showed off her shoes after Wendy kept asking to seem them for the “shoe cam.”
