We thought we were done talking about Tamar Braxton and David Adefeso … but here we are.

After the dramatic end to their relationship in 2020 Adefeso has recently taken legal action against his ex-fiance. According to TMZ, Adesfo’s lawyers hit Braxton with a cease-and-desist letter after she accused him of cheating on Twitter.

In court docs, Adefeso denies ever stepping out on their relationship and wants Braxton to remove the tweet. He said Braxton “continues to make fabricated accusations about our relationship and has now created a false narrative of an affair that never occurred.”

As of April 1, Tamar’s tweet is still up. Braxton made the claim on Twitter earlier this month, responding to a fan who asked if they would ever get back together.

She wrote: “He was cheating with his then assistant now cfo since 2019 Jessica … God fixed it…”

Adesfeso claims that her allegation is not only false but harms his reputation. He wants her to delete the post and not mention him again.

You recall Tamar and David split last year. David filed a restraining order against Tamar claiming she attacked him while they were in his car. Tamar claimed that David threatened to kill her in a “murder-suicide.”

Fans were given a deeper look into Tamar and David’s relationship on her reality series, Tamar Braxton: Get Ya Life!, which aired last year.

In the months since Tamar has seemingly moved on with her life. She started podcast called Under Construction and has been minding her business and drinking her water.
