Steve Harvey Tried “Not To Like” Michael B. Jordan … And Failed

Steve Harvey is all of us (well, except Boosie) — he looks at Michael B. Jordan and sees perfection!

Harvey revealed as much while chatting with his good friend Ellen DeGeneres. When the talk show host asked him about Jordan dating his daughter, Lori Harvey, the comedian responded saying:

“You know what, I have tried not to like him. I have tried to find something wrong with him that I could dig in and go — ’cause I done got rid of all of ’em. All of ’em. Some of them snuck in the back door on me and lasted a lot longer than I wanted it to.”

Of course, he didn’t name names, but we can imagine he’s talking about Future, Trey Songz, Justin Combs and/or Diddy — those are just a few of the fellas Lori has been linked to. But, that’s all in the past and Steve sounds really happy with the present. He continued to gush about MBJ saying:

“But this guy, is such a good guy, man. He is one of the nicest guys. I’ve met his father. I’ve sat up with him, we’ve talked for hours. I just can’t find nothing wrong with him!”

Same Steve, same.

And clearly, Michael is as taken with Lori as Steve is with him. The longtime bachelor has been boo’d up with the 24-year-old model for a few months now and even went IG official for her birthday.

Steve, and Ellen for that matter, both opined on how they hope the relationship between Michael and Lori last because, as Harvey put it, he can’t kick Killmonger’s butt if it all goes downhill.

“Most guys I say I can jump on ’em and take ’em out, but he just looks like a real ass-whooping in the making. So I’m just hoping they make it, you know,” he joked.
