Who Would The Cast Of ‘Grown-ish’ Be If They Weren’t Acting?

The cast of ‘Grownish-ish’ has always been the cool Black kids on the block. While we know them as college bound  kids who are just trying to navigate adulthood on T.V., what would each of them be in real life if they weren’t acting?

We caught up with Yara Shahidi, Trevor Jackson, Diggy Simmons, Francia Raisa, Emily Arlook, Jordan Buhat, Chloe & Halle Bailey, and Luka Sabbat for a season 3 pregame where they gave us insight into their life on and off screen. As some of you know Yara a.k.a ‘Zoey’ dropped out of school to pursue her dream as a celebrity stylist full time at the end of last season. As fashion forward as the 20-year-old is it wouldn’t be hard to imagine art imitating life.

We asked the cast if they weren’t acting what would they do and some of their answers are quite interesting to say the least. In true music diva fashion Chloe said she’d be a producer for other artists but she also revealed she’d also consider being a nurse. Luka on the other hand, says he’d be a fisherman and for some reason we can also see it.

“I want to get into fishing,” the 23-year-old said. “You know make alittle money off this Grownish gig, maybe buy a shack in the middle of the boondocks… the goonies [and] get a little boat… go to Bass Pro Shop… live a simple life you know.”
