Reports: Dr. Dre In ICU After Suffering Brain Aneurysm

Dr. Dre was rushed to the hospital after suffering a brain aneurysm. Sources connected to Dre and with direct knowledge told TMZ he suffered the aneurysm Monday and was rushed by ambulance to Cedar Sinai Medical Center. He was taken directly to ICU, where he remains Tuesday.

Thankfully the 55-year-old music mogul is stable and lucid, but doctors don’t know what caused the bleeding and they are doing a battery of tests.

As previously reported Dre, real name Andre Young, is in the middle of a nasty divorce with his estranged wife Nicole Young.

Nicole wants $2 million a month in temporary spousal support and $5 million for attorney fees, both of which Dre refuses to pay and claims is outlandish. He says he’s been dishing out $293,306 a month to her while their divorce plays out, and believes thats more than enough for her to live off of.

Meanwhile Nicole has been working overtime to get the judge to reject the prenuptial agreement she signed in 1996, claiming Dre ripped it up early on in the marriage. Dre strongly denies that as well.

There’s a hearing Wednesday in downtown L.A.  Obviously, Dre will not be attending.
