JLo Gets Dragged For ‘Love Don’t Cost A Thing’ Dance Challenge
Jennifer Lopez celebrated the 20th anniversary of her “J.Lo” album by trying to force a viral dance challenge … and it pretty much back fired.
On Sunday (January 24) Lopez posted a video recreating the music video for “Love Don’t Cost a Thing”
showing her walking down the beach to the song, stripping off her clothes and jewelry in the sand.
She wrote in the caption, “The Love Don’t Cost A Thing Challenge starts now. Can’t wait to see your renditions,” but folks were super confused.

One user wrote: “Girl it’s too cold for that.” While another said: “You want us all to rush to the beach in a pan de queso to have our friends film us throwing away good jewelry? I’m so confused.”

Someone else posted: “We wanna do this instead,” with a video of people dancing on the beach from the film “Love Don’t Cost A Thing” starring Nick Cannon and Christina Milian.

Why is Twitter like this?
We have to admit it was an odd challenge and an unnecessary L after a string of major wins for Lopez. She just dropped her JLO beauty line, performed on New Years Rockin’ Eve and sang at the 59th Presidential Inauguration … what else do you need?
