Name Dropped! Tiffany “New York” Pollard Is Engaged!

Congratulations are in order for the self-professed HBIC — Ms. New York is engaged! The reality TV star made the surprise announcement, and showed off her ring, for all her adoring fans to see.

New York, real name Tiffany Pollard, has been looking for love since we met her 14 years ago on ‘Flavor of Love’. After things didn’t work with Flavor Flav, she forged her own path on two seasons of ‘I Love New York’ and a litany of shows to follow. But, ironically, it wasn’t until she stopped looking that love actually found her. Pollard shared her engagement story on “I Love New York Reunited” Monday night while sharing the stage with host Vivica Fox and a few guys from her reality show past.

The identity of her new fiancé is still a mystery, but just a few years ago Tiffany was on ‘The Next :15’ telling her then boyfriend, rapper Aktion Jackson, she wanted to be married and have kids … but, of course, she said it in a way on New York can.

Looks like her name will finally be dropped, and we hope her eggs will be cracked, as well. Congrats to New York and her fiancé!
