Did J. Lo Steal Beyoncé’s ‘Drunk In Love’ Steez?!
The American Music Awards aired Sunday night, and while you may have tuned in to see the winners, you stayed for the performances. This year, it was Jennifer Lopez and her sultry stage presence that left folks talking — but, unfortunately they were saying the performance left them feeling a bit drunk.
There’s no denying that Jenny can put on a show. But, there’s also no denying that her AMAs performance with Maluma gave off some serious Bey and Jay ‘Drunk In Love” circa 2014 Grammys vibes. It was the wet hair, black bodysuit, sexy lighting, and sensual dance moves for us.
And the rest of Twitter felt the same way too! Fans flooded timelines with side-by-side comparisons of both performances and the resemblance is uncanny. The memes and comments were a plenty…
My favorite part of the AmeriKKKan Music Awards was seeing Jlo colonize Beyoncés Drunk in love performance from the grammys #Beyonce #AmericanMusicAwards #Jlo pic.twitter.com/xWcspW7d92

The real question is, was this just a coincidence or a calculated move by J. Lo? Take a look at Lopez and Maluma’s performance of ‘Pa’ Ti’ + ‘Lonely’, plus Bey and Jay’s ‘Drunk In Love,’ below and let us know what you think.
JLo did another Beyoncé tribute but at this year’s #AMAs #drunkinlove ❤️ pic.twitter.com/kMToShhitP
