Cynthia Bailey’s Wedding Still A Go … But Maybe Without ‘RHOA’ Cameras

HipHollywood is learning more details about Cynthia Bailey’s upcoming wedding.

The former model and reality star is set to walk down the aisle with sportscaster Mike Hill on 10/10/ 20 at the Governors Towne Club in Acworth, Ga, but not without a few hiccups. Bailey and Hill who got engaged in July 2019, told HipHollywood they want Bravo cameras to roll on their special day, but that may not happen as planned.

As previous reported filming for season 13 is currently underway. Per a source close to production Bravo is having some issues getting clearance to shoot the wedding due to the number of guests. A whopping 250 guests are confirmed to attend, though some are expected not to make it due to the pandemic.

Bailey and Bravo have been trying to make sure they follow all the necessary COVID-19 rules in preparation for the wedding. We’re told celebrity guests will be doing rapid tests once they arrive. There will also be temperature checks and all guests are required to wear masks and face shields.

“We literally almost scared our guests about coming at this point,” she told Page Six. “We’re going to have security there if you don’t keep your mask on… We have indoor, outdoor, no one is confined in a traditional wedding situation.”

Bailey also said they will also have socially-distanced seating indoors and outdoors and sanitizing stations throughout the venue.

“We set up the food stations taking all of this into consideration, and you don’t have to sit at a table with people you don’t know, you can kind of move around. It’s a huge space, so you can be as far away from people as you want while still feeling connected to the ceremony.”

As far as whose invited expect to see Bailey’s “RHOA” co-stars including Kandi Burruss, Kenya Moore and former “RHOA” cast mate Eva Marcille, who will all serve as bridesmaids.

Bailey said Nene Leakes also got an invite, but understands if she doesn’t attend given her recent departure from the show.
