Tamera Mowry-Housley is clearing up reports about her departure from “The Real.”
After the 41-year old actress and mom posted a message on Instagram announcing she was leaving the show, the rumors begin to swirl. The speculations ranged from her co-host Loni Love had her fired, to a salary dispute, to claims that her husband being a Trump supporter was the cause.
Now Tamera is nipping the talk in the bud once and for all. During a recent Instagram Live session with her husband Adam Housley, Tamera said she exited to explore other options, plain and simple.
“I’m going to say this once. I’ve explained it. I’ve been on “The Real” for six/seven years. I’m just ready to just try new opportunities and spend more time with my family, that’s it. I am doing a Hallmark film. There’s new opportunities kind of just popping up out of nowhere and I’m just grateful, grateful, grateful.
It’s all positive. Nothing bad. Somebody came through my DMs talking about salary stuff. It had nothing to do with that. Nothing, nothing, nothing. No more explaining about that. Everyone’s good. Everyone’s on good terms. Life is the best that it can be right now.”
Tamera’s announcement came weeks after Amanda Seales announced she was leaving the show because of creative differences. Loni Love told HipHollywood exclusively following Seales’ exit that the co-hosts were all in the middle of contract negotiations and no one’s spot was certain.
