Exclusive: The Real Reason Why Zonnique Is Ready To F**K The Club Up!!

Zonnique has been focused on stepping out of the shadows and into the spotlight. And although you may have heard her music before, you haven’t heard her quite like this!

We’ve literally seen Zonnique grow up right before our eyes. From her early days singing with the OMG Girlz, to appearing on T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle and Growing Up Hip Hop: Atlanta, the 24-year-old has evolved right in front of us. But, at the same time, we’re just now really getting to know her.

Previously, her name was always lumped in with others — her group mates (where she was known as Star), her famous mom (Xscape singer Tameka “Tiny” Harris), her also famous step-dad (Rapper T.I.) — but now, the name Zonnique stands on its on. And it’s a credit to the growth her music has shown as of late.

In 2017, Z dropped her first EP “Love Jones” … since then, her music has grown immensely, taking on new topics and new sounds. Take for instances her latest two singles “FTCU” and “Winner”. The singer-songwriter has given fans a club bop and a smooth R&B hit with her recent releases, and HH got to chat with her about the deeper meanings in both songs.
