Sheree Whitfield Asks For Public’s Help To Find Her Mom
Former The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Sheree Whitfield is seeking help from the public to find her mother. Whitfield shared a heartfelt post on Instagram saying her mother, Thelma Ferguson, has been missing for the past two weeks.
According to Sandy Springs Police, Ferguson was last seen by her family leaving her home on March 23. The 77 year old was wearing gray pants and a black shirt at the time and left driving a gray 2009 Honda Accord.
Authorities said she has ties to Ohio and California.
Whitfield says her mother often goes on vacation without telling anyone but she has never been gone this long.
“Also, in the past, my mom has taken personal vacations without letting the family know and we respect that side of her,” Whitfield wrote. “However, this is the longest she have gone without reaching out to anyone from the family or her friends. Right now we are leaning on God and staying positive and prayerful for her safe return home.”
In 2017, Whitfield’s mother was featured on an episode of RHOA. Sheree planned a 70s themed bash for her 75th birthday but encountered some drama with the party planner.
