Why Oprah & Stedman Are Sleeping In Separate Rooms!

Looks like Stedman Graham doesn’t think fat meat is greasy. Oprah Winfrey’s longtime love was playing games with dat ‘Rona and has now been quarantined in the guest house — or is it the dog house?

Winfrey gave an inside look at Stedman’s self-isolation in a video she posted on her magazine’s Instagram page. In the vid, you see Oprah outside the house, while Graham leans out of a window telling his “honey” that he misses her.

Today @oprah joined @ariannagab for an Instagram Live to fill us in on what she’s doing while she’s social distancing—and just like the rest of us, it’s made up of reading, binge-watching, and pancakes. But there was one person missing: @stedmangraham. Although he does not have the virus, the couple decided that Stedman should quarantine separately in the guest house after several recent flights and some business travel. Apparently, the 69-year-old author/speaker had to be relegated to the guest house in an abundance of caution because of his recent travels, and Oprah’s recent health issues.

“He’s at the guesthouse, because you all know I had pneumonia late last year … I had just gotten off of antibiotics last week, because I had a bronchial infection,” Winfrey said in an interview from her Santa Barbara, Calif. home, via Oprah Mag. “Stedman did not arrive from Chicago until Thursday, he had been speaking in St. Louis … he’d been on planes, so Stedman is like ‘What’s the procedure for coming home?’ ‘The procedure is … you ain’t coming and sleeping in my bed!’” Winfrey explained. “Social distancing does not mean you go and sleep in the same bed with the person! When you just got off American Airlines!”

To be clear, Stedman has NOT been diagnosed with COVID-19, Winfrey just isn’t taking any chances.
