Garcelle Beauvais Reveals Ex-Boyfriend Will Be On ‘RHOBH’

Ya’ll know we’ve got major love for Garcelle Beauvais so we couldn’t wait for the “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” trailer to debut and see her shine … and throw shade.

As previously reported Beauvais is the first black housewife and she’s bringing the cocoa covered heat. The trailer shows Garcelle calling her fellow housewives actions as “white people stuff” and later she shades them during a speech at a gala. “I’d love to say thank you to my new best friends,” she says. “Some of them, not so much.”

Is The Shade Mutual?

But is the shade going to be coming her way as well? We caught up with Beauvais and she told us if the ladies try and come for her. “You know they do, but not to my face, behind my back,” she joked.

She also revealed that her now ex-boyfriend Michael Elliott will also be on the show. While the romance was short-lived, fans will get a chance to see them during happier times.

Garcelle Announces Break-Up

Back in February, the former model took to Instagram to confirm the split from her screenwriter beau, whom she had been dating for several months.

Garcelle revealed the breakup with a white card emblazoned with the words, “Plot twist…I’m single.” The RHOBH mom didn’t offer any more details on the split, simply adding the hashtag “#lifehappens” as the caption.

Who Is Michael Elliott?

Garcelle and Michael, who is best known for writing screenplays for films like Just Wright, Brown Sugar, and Like Mike, first confirmed their relationship last year. Back in December, the two made their red carpet debut together at the Los Angeles premiere of Jumanji: The Next Level.

We know she won’t be single long though…

In the meantime RHOBH premieres Wednesday, Apr. 15 at 8 p.m. Returning this season are Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, Erika Girardi, Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave and Dorit Kemsley. The trailer also shows newbie Sutton Stracke.
