R. Kelly’s Girlfriend Azriel Clary Receives Words Of Advice From Erica Campbell

Wednesday was a whilrwind day for Azriel Clary. The 22-year-old who has spent the last 5 years as R. Kelly’s live-in girlfriend was involved in a brutal fight with Kelly’s other live-in girlfriend Joycelyn Savage. The fallout from the incident landed Savage in jail for misdemeanor battery. But, what now?

Azriel’s Instagram stories are now filled with supportive messages encouraging her to tell her truth, and if yesterday’s event were any indication, it seems like she’s ready to. But, the young aspiring singer has been through a lot, and most likely needs to heal before baring her soul to social media. So we asked Erica Campbell to share some words of positivity and support, not just for Clary to share her truth, but her to get the healing she needs to move on with her life and future goals.

HH spoke to Campbell at the NAACP Image Awards nominations on Thursday morning. The “More Than Pretty” author and award-winning gospel singer received multiple nominations for her motivational book which provides women with a God-focused way to see their true beauty — exactly what Clary needs. When asked what she would tell Azriel during this difficult time Erica shared her thoughtful and meaningful advice.
