From Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War to Cable in Deadpool, Josh Brolin has played some pretty sinister characters in 2018.
Now in Sicario: Day of the Soldado, he reprises his role playing CIA operative Matt Graver, an equally menacing figure, at least by our account … But who does Brolin think is the most badass. We asked and he answered.
“Badass? Thanos without a doubt,” he grinned. “I know Cable looks badass and all that kind of stuff and this guy [looks tough] but Thanos for sure.
Marvel fan were left gasping for air as superhero after superhero was wiped out in Avengers: Infinity War making Thanos the biggest baddest villain of all time. Brolin believes his powers only work however in the MCU.
“From a totally sci-fi, saturated, never could possibly be real perspective Thanos,” he reiterates. “From a reality perspective [Matt Graver].”
But Graver isn’t the only mysteriously dangerous character in the film. Benecio Del Toro reprises his role playing hitman Alejandro, and this time there’s more than meets the eye.
Sicario: Day Of The Soldado is in theaters June 29.
