Last week, it was all about Kanye West and his album “ye”, now the rapper has shifted gears and is pushing his latest effort with Kid Cudi, “KIDS SEE GHOSTS”, but the roll-out may not have gone as planned…
‘Ye and Cudi celebrated the release of “KSG” Thursday night with an epic bonfire lituation similar to Kanye’s Wyoming listening sesh. With celebrity fans in tow, once again, the duo promised fans a midnight treat … however, the livestream didn’t get going until 2am.
Now, that wouldn’t be so bad, but it seems as though the album songs and track listing aren’t quite syncing up. According to Pitchfork, “the songs are out of sequence and mislabeled on Apple Music, Tidal, Google Play and Deezer.” Example: Louis Prima is credited as a sample on “4th Generation,” but his voice only shows up on “Cudi Montage”. Also, on other sites the psychedelic artwork is completely missing…
However, HH just received this update…
Those hiccups aside, the album is actually getting pretty good reviews. Just check out some of the video from the listening session — these folks are LIT!
