Chrissy Teigen, John Legend, Eniko Hart Evacuated From Home Amid Blazing LA Fires

As fires continue to blaze uncontrollably throughout Los Angeles, dozens of stars are feeling the effects. Some, more than others.

Ash is falling from the sky, homes are being burned to the ground and hundreds of families are being misplaced. Of those families, the Legend’s, who were forced to evacuate their home as one fire got too close for comfort.

Teigen, despite evacuating, made light of the terrifying situation via Twitter, writing: “Never thought I’d get to actually play what I thought was a hypothetical game of what would you grab if there were a fire. so far all I have is Luna, some limited edition Oreos and my spike tv award.”

She wrote in a follow up post, “we are fine and we will be fine. thinking of everyone else affected and continuing my lifelong intense love of firefighters.”

HipHollywood can confirm that Eniko Hart was also evacuated. It’s unclear where the new mother went, but her husband Kevin, is currently away doing press for Jumanji. 

Chelsea Handler confirmed via Twitter that she too has been evacuated. “Just evacuated my house. It’s like Donald Trump is setting the world on fire. Literally and figuratively. Stay safe everyone. Dark times.”

Several other stars have been commenting on what many are calling “hell in Los Angeles.”

The latest string of fires are right above the 405 freeway, near the exclusive community and home of the stars, Bel-Air.

Serena Williams Almost Died During Child Birth – 3 Shocking Details Behind Tennis Pro’s Complications

Serena Williams gave birth to a healthy baby girl on September 1, 2017 and is now a happy mother to a perfect bundle of joy. But what fans didn’t know was that the tennis superstar almost died during child birth.

In an op-ed piece for CNN, the mother of one opened up about complications she had while delivering her first child, Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr. Here are three shocking details the athlete is now unveiling.

1. According to Williams, she had an emergency C-section after the baby’s heart rate dropped dramatically during contractions. “It began with a pulmonary embolism, which is a condition in which one or more arteries in the lungs becomes blocked by a blood clot,” Williams wrote. “This sparked a slew of health complications that I am lucky to have survived.”

2. “My C-section wound popped open due to the intense coughing I endured as a result of the embolism. I returned to surgery, where the doctors found a large hematoma, a swelling of clotted blood, in my abdomen. And then I returned to the operating room for a procedure that prevents clots from traveling to my lungs.”

3. When Serena “finally made it home to my family, I had to spend the first six weeks of motherhood in bed.”

In the article posted on CNN’s website, Williams opened up about studies that prove “Black women in the United States are over three times more likely to die from pregnancy or childbirth-related causes.”
