Another day, another Mariah Carey story!
Hot on the heels of news that the pop diva parted ways with her manager Stella Bulochnikov and underwent gastric sleeve surgery, the former head of her security company is accusing her of sexual harassment.
According to TMZ, Michael Anello, who worked for Carey from June 2015 to May 2017, claims that Carey committed “sexual acts with the intent that they be viewed by Anello.”
Anello describes in the lawsuit draft an incident during a trip to Cabo San Lucas in which the singer requested he come to her room to move some luggage, and was wearing a see-through negligee that was open. Anello alleges he tried leaving, but she insisted he move the luggage. He says he left the room and there was no physical contact between them.
Anello also claims that Carey owes him a whopping $220,000. Additionally, he says that he was promised another two years of pay, adding $511,000 to the money owed.
And if thats not enough, Anello also alleges that Carey called him a Nazi and also referenced him and his colleagues as skinheads and members of the KKK.
Carey’s team say they have no information on the sexual harassment claim, however they were in touch with Anello’s lawyer and have agreed to pay certain invoices. Anello’s lawyer told TMZ that the lawsuit is currently on hold.
Meanwhile Carey’s name has now been added to the growing list of Hollywood power players being accused of sexual misconduct and assault – most recently Carey’s good pal Brett Ratner, Kevin Spacey and Harvey Weinstein.
