Kodak Black’s rap career could be over and his freedom is on the line, this stemming from an incident that took place last November.
The “There He Go” rapper has been indicted by a South Carolina grand jury for first degree criminal sexual conduct
According to the incident report cite by Variety:
The rapper, whose real name is Dieuson Octave, assaulted a teenage girl at a hotel after his concert at the Treasure City nightclub. The girl first reported the assault to her school nurse; a school official notified the Florence County Sheriff’s Office. Octave, 20, was released from the Florence County Detention Center on Dec. 1 on a $100,000 bond.
Unfortunately, this isn’t Black’s first run in with the law. He’s been arrested several times for charges including possession of firearms, misdemeanor drug charges, robbery and others. He’s spent four months behind bars and a year on house arrest. This latest charges could have him behind bars for up to 30 years.
