Rob Kardashian is flirting with danger, otherwise known as jail time.
If you missed it, the reality star went on a social media tirade this week and blasted his baby mama, Blac Chyna for being a terrible mother, for using him, for cheating and being manipulative and for whelp … a lack of better words … being a terrible human being.
But during Rob’s emotional outburst, he shared a series of nude images of Blac Chyna, which also got him kicked off of Instagram. What the youngest Kardashian sibling probably didn’t know was that his angry posts could ultimately lead to time behind bars.
Apparently, if authorities can prove that the leaked images are that of Chyna, Rob could be in violation of California’s “revenge porn” statute. According to Shouse Law, the legal definition of revenge porn is as follows:
“You have an image of the intimate body part of another identifiable person, or an image of that person engaged in sexual intercourse, sodomy, oral copulation or masturbation; You intentionally distribute that image; There was an understanding between you and that person that the image would remain private; You know or should know that the distribution of the image will cause the person serious emotional distress; and The person depicted suffers serious emotional distress.“
Rob intentionally and spitefully released video and images of Blac that was meant to be private, so in the off chance the former stripper decides to press charges, Rob could face up to 6 months in jail with hefty fines.
According to reports, the Kardashian clan is livid that Rob turned his drama with his baby mama and on-again off-again girlfriend into a straight up spectacle. The famous family’s main concern is Rob and Blac’s 8-month-old daughter, Dream.
