It’s a sad day in Hollywood. On Thursday morning, it was reported that Linkin Park frontman, Chester Bennington had died. Chester was 41.

Law enforcement tells HipHollywood that at 8:56 am, officers responded to a call at Bennington’s Palos Verdes L.A. County home. According to reports, the singer’s death was likely suicide. He apparently was found by one of his team members.

Chester, who has six children by two wives, battled with drug and alcohol abuse for years. And as of late, the legendary singer had been struggling with he death of his friend, musician Chris Cornell. Cornell committed suicide back in May.
