Happy wedding anniversary to Ciara and Russell Wilson. Exactly 365 days ago, the singer and the Seattle Seahawks quarterback said “I do” while in front of group of their closest family and friends.

From nuptials to the arrival of their first child together, the pair’s marriage has been a whirlwind. So here’s a look back over the couple’s first year as husband and wife.

March 2016: After just one year of dating, Wilson popped the question to his singer girlfriend during a lavish, private champagne dinner in Europe. Cici happily accepted.  “God Is So Good! I’m So Grateful For You @DangRussWilson,” Ciara wrote on Instagram after saying ” I do.” She added, “You Are Truly Heaven Sent, and I’m Looking Forward To Spending Forever With You.”

July 6, 2016: This day, Ciara and Russell stood before their family and friends and exchanged vows. Mr. and Mrs. Wilson tied the knot inside the 48-room Peckforton Castle outside of Liverpool and was surrounded by their closest family and friends.

The singer rocked a stunning Roberto Cavalli dress, which one source revealed to Us Weekly was “custom-made Cavalli Couture” and was “composed of white tulle, fully embroidered with floral motifs throughout, and delicate glass beading, covered entirely with precious Chantilly lace appliqué.” Meanwhile, Wilson was dapper in a Giorgio Armani tuxedo.

Cici’s besties, Serena Williams, Lala and Kelly Rowland joined a handful of other women, including makeup artist, Yolonda Frederick, and stood by the singer’s side as bridesmaids.

July 7, 2016: The couple not only consecrated their marriage, but it also just so happened to be the first time together as a couple. The two took great pride in remaining celibate before walking down the aisle. In an Instagram video following the wedding, the newlyweds took to Snapchat to rave about their night of fun.

Posted on Snapchat, an excited mother can be seen asking her husband, “baby you know what we are doing tonight?” Wilson responded, “From what we did last night, I want to do it multiple times.”

The video, which is presumably about getting it on the night they said “I do,” later cuts to Russell saying with a big wink, “About last night.”

October 2016: Just three months after exchanging vows, the couple announced that they were expecting their first child together. On her 31st birthday, Cici wrote on Instagram: “On this special birthday I received an abundance of love from friends and family … and I’m excited to finally share one of the greatest gifts of all that god could give.”

March 2017: Ciara and Russell came under fire for the pregnancy photos which many deemed simply “weird.” In a series of images taken for Harper’s Bazaar, a glowing Cici poses alongside her 2-year-old son, Future Jr., while beaming from ear to ear. But one snapshot shows a naked 7-month-pregnant singer, holding her naked son, while her shirtless husband, Seattle Seahawks’ quarterback Russell Wilson, wraps his arms around them.

The images were clearly too much for the star who eventually deleted the image from social media.

April 28, 2017: On April 28, Ciara and Russell welcomed daughter Sienna Princess Wilson. Ci confirmed the big news with a sweet letter to her second child: “Dear Sienna Princess Wilson, No matter how big the wave, we will always be your calm in the storm. We Love You. Love, Mommy & Daddy. 7:03 pm. 7lbs 13 oz. 4.28.2017. Photo By Daddy.”

May 2017: Just one month after giving birth to a precious baby girl, the famous and very happy couple were slapped with negative comments following what was supposed to be a sweet Mother’s Day post by Wilson. “Nothing better than spending time with you. You are an amazing mom & I’m so grateful I get to spend the rest of my life with you & raising our kids. I love you! #HappyMothersDay Weekend my love,” he wrote.

Haters, however, were upset that Wilson used the word “our children.” Ciara shares a son with rapper, Future, whom Wilson treats as if it’s own son. But when Wilson referred to both children as “ours,” some folks used it as ammunition to fire shots at football player.

July 2017: Coming back full circle, now, one year later, their love is stronger than ever.

Tamar Braxton Insists Divorce Isn’t A PR Stunt: I Think That’s Disgusting

Tamar Braxton is adamant that her divorce from husband Vince Herbert is not a ratings ploy for her WE tv reality show Tamar & Vince. The Braxton Family Values star stopped by The View on Friday, February 23 and addressed rumors that the split is just a plot line.

“I wish I could say that a lot of times it’s made up, just so I can hide behind the truth,” she said. “But in this situation, I absolutely have no reason to lie about my marriage or the things that are happening in my marriage for ratings. I think that’s disgusting and I would never sell my soul to the devil like that.”

“I have a regular marriage, and in regular marriages, like everybody else, things happen,” she continued. “In my marriage, it was just to a point where I felt like divorce was the only option that I had left. I definitely filed for divorce — that’s not a lie.”

Braxton, 40, and Herbert, 45, share a 4-year-old son, Logan Vincent — and she says he’s their main priority.

“I think the bigger picture of everything is that we have a responsibility to my amazing 4-year-old son, to raise him in the most comfortable, amazing, loving, secure household that we can,” she said, adding, “That’s why we don’t live together.”

Braxton — who was joined by Herbert on air — also addressed the rumor that Herbert had impregnated another woman. (Last month, in a since-deleted Instagram post, Braxton claimed an unidentified woman told her that “Vincent Herbert is having a baby,” and that Herbert had then called Braxton “begging and lying” despite a “protection order.”)

“Here is the thing about people being in your business: keep people out your business,” said Braxton. “And let me just address the meltdown that I had on Instagram. That was my fault that I put myself in a position where I opened up the floor for people to give their opinions on my marriage, and I have to take responsibility for that.”

Herbert himself insisted the allegation was “absolutely” false.

“And all the other allegations are just not true — I’m just not that kind of person,” he said. “I love this lady with all my heart, I love my family with all my heart, and I will never stop fighting for my family and trying to make it be great.”

“Vince and I have been through a lot, and the reason that I filed for divorce was not because of those rumors,” added Braxton. “I filed for divorce because we work together, he’s my baby father, we’re together each and every single day, we’re attached at the hip and it just got to be too much. We just couldn’t figure out how to figure it out.”

As for a possible reconciliation? While Herbert is on board — “absolutely,” he said — Braxton isn’t so sure.

“It’s okay not to know,” she said. “We still work together now. We do work together well, so that’s one thing that I feel like we can definitely sustain and we’ve always been able to sustain, as well as our connection and our responsibility to being parents to Logan.”
