Ciara is on the road to losing her baby weight.

It’s been four weeks since giving birth to her daughter, Sienna Princess Wilson, and already, the beauty is on the road to what she is calling her “bounce back.”

The pop star took to Instagram on Tuesday to unveil her post-baby weight nearly one month after delivering her bundle of joy. Sitting now at 178.6 pounds, the singer captioned the scale photo: “I said I wasn’t going to gain 60lbs Carrying Sienna, and… I did exactly that,” she wrote.

Cici added, “4 weeks after her birth I lost 20 lbs. This Weeks Goal is 10lbs. I was 183 yesterday. #BounceBack #LevelUp.”

The journey of losing post-baby weight differs for many women in Hollywood; some choose to keep it quiet, others thrive on keeping their fans in the loop. Ciara is not the only star to chronicle their body transformations.

Kim Kardashian: After giving birth to now 3-year-old, North West, and 1-year-old, Saint West, Kim used social media to discuss her weight loss goals. Kim, however, was criticized during her first pregnancy for the weight gain, something that did not sit well with Kanye West’s wife.

In a then blog post, Kanye West’s wife opened up about being attacked and why she focused tirelessly on dropping the LBs. “I gained 50 pounds, and it’s tough to get it off. I was dedicated, but also, it changed the way I viewed wanting my picture taken. Before I was always smiling, and so into being out and about,” she wrote. “After I had the baby, I was like, these are the same people that made fun of me, and posted the stories that were so awful, calling me fat for something I couldn’t control. I don’t want to smile for them. I don’t want to be out.”

Blac Chyna: Blac Chyna is the mother of two beautiful children; but when pregnant with her baby, Dream Kardashian, the star was adamant about sharing her weight loss. In November 2016, literally two weeks after delivering she and Rob Kardashian’s first child together, the star shared a photo on Instagram with the caption: “Post Baby Body already snapping back quickly!”

Draya Michele:  Just one week after sharing giving birth to her baby boy, reality star Draya Michele shared a video of her body snapback. The image, however, quickly turned controversial — many fans blasting the star for being more concerned about her body that her kids.

Draya fired back with a social media post that read:

Dr. Heavenly Explains Her ‘If My Husband Cheated He Didn’t Mean To’ Philosophy

Dr. Heavenly Kimes has an interesting philosophy on cheating … but then again we’re not surprised.

If you watch Married To Medicine then you know the successful Atlanta, GA dentist dotes on her husband, who she affectionately calls “daddy” and the two have a pretty solid marriage.  So much so, that Kimes believes if he ever cheated on her he didn’t mean to do it.

Kimes made that proclamation after news broke that Dr. Jackie’s husband was having an affair, and of course she had the ladies scratching their heads. HipHollywood sat down with her to get more insight on her viewpoint. Here’s what she had to say.

“I said something that I think a lot of people feel but would not say it, because it’s not a politically correct thing to say,” she explained. “I said if my husband cheated he would not mean to do it. I stand by it, it may sound silly, it may sound funny, I’m not trying to be funny, I don’t think he would have meant to do it.”

“I can’t say it was her, I’m not going to put it all on her, but it had to have been something to make that man go that far,” she adds referring to the other woman. “Maybe I’m naive but I don’t think my husband would just cheat on me and mean to cheat.”

To her credit, Kimes is also a certified relationship coach and has been dishing her advice (solicited or not) to the other wives since season 2. She ended her explanation comparing cheating to a person on a diet. The analogy was pretty hilarious, but actual made a lot of sense.

“I like to compare sex to food because they go together,” she says. “If you’re hungry and you know you’re on a diet and you’re really really trying really hard and somebody comes with a buffet of your favorite foods and lays it all out for you and starts putting … you didn’t mean to eat it but you ate it.”

So do you agree Heavenly? Let us know in the comments below.
