He avoided it for quite some time, but now Adrien Broner is in the big house.
The professional boxer initially got off pretty easy. He pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge from 2014 and all jail time was suspended. But this
fool guy failed to show up for other court appearances in the case so he was charged with contempt.
The sentence? Three days in jail. Broner was placed in handcuffs and taken to the Kenton County Detention Center immediately following Monday’s hearing.
From champion to inmate … let’s hope Adrien learns a little something from this whole ordeal.
