Jennifer Lopez was giving us serious sexy vibes on Thursday night during the 2017 Billboard Latin Music Awards with her barely there dress.
In fact, the garment was reminiscent of the green Versace gown the beauty wore during the 2000 Grammy Awards — you know, the dress that is now defined as the turning point in the star’s career.
Lopez walked onto the red carpet last night in a black, cutout Julien McDonald dress that left very little to the imagination. The low-plunging number, which at the right angle could seriously expose her lady parts, was paired with peep-toe black Jimmy Choo heels.

“The sexy cut, plunging neckline and open back is something that’s become a signature for Jennifer; sexy, feminine, fearless,” Lopez’s stylists Rob and Mariel told Billboard. “However, the dress being black with its intricate outlines is a bit edgier and has more of a ‘gothic’ feel than what you’d expect Jennifer Lopez to wear.”
They added, “It feels dark and mysterious, which is pretty opposite from Jen’s vibe. It has a major surprise factor yet is still completely her, which is essentially the goal.”
It was a big night for Lopez, who although didn’t have her boo Alex Rodriguez on her arm, still picked up two huge honors. The mother of two was presented with the Telemundo Star Award and Social Artist of the Year Award.
CodeBlack Could Redeem Itself With New Omar Epps, Paula Patton Flick
No shade to CodeBlack Films, but it’s last flick, All Eyes On Me, was kind of a disaster. From the poor ratings and reviews, to stars like Jada Pinkett Smith and 50 Cent slamming the film, folks just weren’t feeling it.
But that may all change with their new movie Traffik. The action-packed thriller slated for theaters April 27, 2018 stars Omar Epps, Paula Patton and Laz Alonso, and it looks pretty darn good.
Peep the trailer below.
In the film, Brea (Paula Patton) and John (Omar Epps) are off for a romantic weekend in the mountains. Isolated at a remote estate, the couple are surprised by the arrival of two friends, another couple, Darren (Laz Alonso) and Malia (Roselyn Sanchez). Just when the weekend starts to get back on track, a violent biker gang turns up and begins to torment them. The foursome are forced to fight for their lives against a gang who will stop at nothing to protect their secrets.
The film is written and directed by Deon Taylor. Patton is also a producer.
