Pedestrians beware: If you walk by Kim Kardashian, you will be labeled an attacker … or so it seems.

Such was the case for a guy in Beverly Hills on Sunday night. Following a meal at Mr. Chow’s, Kim exited the restaurant with her entourage in tow. At the same time, a guy on his cell phone happened to be walking by. Unfortunately for him, he became entangled in the paparazzi mess that had swarmed to get snapshots of Mrs. West and he almost ran right into her. ALMOST.

Paps got pics of the “incident” and it looked like KK was shook. E! reports that Kim’s “bodyguard quickly stepped in and quelled any tension” and eventually let the guy go. In all actuality, this was a non-issue and thankfully Kardashian took to Twitter to clear it up.

We get why Kimmie would be a bit caught off guard, especially since her Paris robbery. But folks really need to calm down.

Peep the trailer below.

In the film, Brea (Paula Patton) and John (Omar Epps) are off for a romantic weekend in the mountains. Isolated at a remote estate, the couple are surprised by the arrival of two friends, another couple, Darren (Laz Alonso) and Malia (Roselyn Sanchez). Just when the weekend starts to get back on track, a violent biker gang turns up and begins to torment them. The foursome are forced to fight for their lives against a gang who will stop at nothing to protect their secrets.

The film is written and directed by Deon Taylor. Patton is also a producer.
