All Mariah Carey wants for Christmas is an animated movie!

On Tuesday, Carey announced via Twitter that her hit Christmas track “All I Want for Christmas” is being adapted into a film.

“My song is becoming a movie!,” she wrote. “You’re the first to hear about this exciting news! Follow @AllIWantMovie for more updates.

Carey also posted a trailer featuring herself laying by the fireplace in a cutesy lumberjack onesie while the words, “Every holiday season, there are traditions we can’t live without. The tree, the stockings, the presents and Mariah Carey,” flashed on screen, backed by Carey’s holiday classic.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, production is already underway.  Mariah Carey’s All I Want for Christmas Is You,  will be released by Universal Pictures and directed by Guy Vasilovich from a script by Temple Mathews. Carey will narrate the film, which features a voice cast including Henry Winkler, Lacey Chabert, Breanna Yde, Phil Morris, Laya Hayes and Keiko Agena.

The plot will expand on Carey’s 2015 children’s book of the same name, which sees a young Mariah coming across a puppy named Princess and deciding that’s all she wants for Christmas. In order to get Princess, though, Mariah must prove she can pet-sit Jack, a rather unruly dog who turns Mariah and her family’s holiday preparations upside down.

No release date is set for the film just yet, as the trailer simply said “Coming Holiday 2017.”
