A robbery involving rapper Fetty Wap ended with three people shot and sent to the hospital, this according to reports.

TMZ first broke the story; the “Trap Queen” rapper was allegedly robbed early Sunday morning in Paterson, New Jersey. Per the news outlet, FW had his “chain and cash” snatched while in his hometown.

According to officials, they received a call about shots fired at a home around 5 a.m. Upon arrival, they found two men with gunshot wounds not far from the scene; one with a wound to the leg, the other to his torso. The third is said to have already checked himself into a nearby hospital.

It’s still unclear if Fetty had any involvement with the shootout, but officials have confirmed an investigation is underway.

The rapper has remained mum about the incident, but he did post a cryptic message via Twitter on Sunday afternoon that read: “Overthinking leads to negative thoughts.”

CodeBlack Could Redeem Itself With New Omar Epps, Paula Patton Flick



No shade to CodeBlack Films, but it’s last flick, All Eyes On Me, was kind of a disaster. From the poor ratings and reviews, to stars like Jada Pinkett Smith and 50 Cent slamming the film, folks just weren’t feeling it.

But that may all change with their new movie Traffik. The action-packed thriller slated for theaters April 27, 2018 stars Omar Epps, Paula Patton and Laz Alonso, and it looks pretty darn good.

In the film, Brea (Paula Patton) and John (Omar Epps) are off for a romantic weekend in the mountains. Isolated at a remote estate, the couple are surprised by the arrival of two friends, another couple, Darren (Laz Alonso) and Malia (Roselyn Sanchez). Just when the weekend starts to get back on track, a violent biker gang turns up and begins to torment them. The foursome are forced to fight for their lives against a gang who will stop at nothing to protect their secrets.

The film is written and directed by Deon Taylor. Patton is also a producer.
