We all know how Golden State Warrior all-star Draymond Green feels about LeBron James. That was made apparent during last season’s NBA Finals when he called James a “b*tch” twice and punched him in the gonads. Green’s disdain for LeBron also seems to extend to fans of the Cavalier forward, including Nicki Minaj.

On a recent episode of his Dray Day podcast, Green expressed extreme annoyance with Nicki constantly stanning for LeBron. “Is Nicki Minaj gonna mention ‘Bron in every song? Every song she’s released since June 2016 there’s something about LeBron in it. I mean, damn — like, LeBron is great, but Jesus Christ, at some point it just becomes … too repetitive. Jesus Christ, you can’t mention ‘Bron in every song you do.”

Nicki has indeed mentioned LeBron on numerous tracks. Here’s a quick breakdown:

  • “Before the storm comes the calm. Hope you can take the heat like LeBron.” – Nicki Minaj featuring Kanye West, “Blazin”
  • “Even if you was Curry, b—-, there’s still a LeBron But let’s face it, I’m Curry, with rings like LeBron, added my rings up, that’s Mike Jordan.” – DJ Mustard featuring Nicki Minaj and Jeremih, “Don’t Hurt Me”
  • “Every baller tryna score, check them shot clocks, but I hit ’em with them ‘Bron-Iguodala blocks.” – DJ Khaled featuring. Nicki Minaj, “Do You Mind”
  • “They say numbers don’t matter but when they discussing’ the kings, they turn around and say LeBron ain’t got six rings,” –  Nicki Minaj featuring Lil Wayne and Drake, “No Frauds.”

And just in case you think LeBron and Draymond may have made up, here’s a clip of the Warriors center making fun of James earlier this season.

Who’s Really Delusional? Charlamagne Can’t Quite Comprehend Amara La Negra’s Colorism Issues

This is uncomfortable to watch.

Love & Hip Hop Miami star Amara La Negra stopped by The Breakfast Club for a chat about her life, career and experience with colorism. Unfortunately, the interview started of awkwardly when Charlamagne’s first questions was, “What are you?” You see, for whatever reason, the radio host was confused about La Negra’s Afro-Latina heritage. And while there’s nothing wrong with an honesty inquiry, it was the way he asked the question that was off-putting. But, it didn’t stop there.

Charlamange, along to co-host, DJ Envy, repeatedly asked the reality star what was her “struggle”, ignorantly assuming that colorism isn’t a thing anymore because of all the advancements in the entertainment industry that have occurred. Yet, and still, you don’t see artist of Amara’s hue celebrated on any Latina platform such as Univision or Telemundo. The host, with the exception of Angela Yee, then proceeded to deduce Amara’s issue to being a problem that’s “all in (her) head”, even referencing the success of Cardi B. as evidence of La Negra’s delusion. You have to watch this to believe it…
