D.R.A.M. is living drama free following a little dispute with Drake over “Hotline Bling.”

It was last year when D.R.A.M.’s “Cha Cha” went viral, scoring him a record deal and thousands of fans. But shortly after he blew up, Drake delivered “Hotline Bling,” which was not only eerily similar to “Cha Cha,” but also became one of the biggest hits of 2015. Insert beef.

Well, not exactly a beef between the two artists, but definitely some frustration. While Drizzy did admit that “Hotline Bling” and “Cha Cha” were essentially play cousins, D.R.A.M. stated that he felt his “record got jacked.”

Luckily, all those ill feeling are in the past. HipHollywood caught up with the “Broccoli” rapper at the Soul Train Awards and he revealed how he was able to move past the drama with Drake.

In a moment of vulnerability, Snoop Dogg opened up to HH about how sometimes he gets a bit down, “I cry. I’m sad a lot,” the legendary rapper told us. Life’s “problems and issues” sometimes weigh on the 46-year-old, but thankfully, his new project, Bible Of Love helped to lift his spirits.

The double-disc album, 32-track, gospel album is the first of its kind from Snoop, and while not everyone is receptive, the Doggfather knows he’s fulfilling his purpose. “I stepped in the world (of gospel) to say, hold on, let me take my light … and put it on this gospel gang with some of the most extraordinary singers you’ve ever heard in your life,” Snoop stated.

And that he did!
