HipHollywood can confirm that that rapper DeAndre Cortez Way, aka Soulja Boy, was arrested on Thursday morning for violating probation.

The Los Angeles Police Department tells us that North Hollywood police officers arrested the Chicago native after they recovered a firearm inside his home. Way was taken into custody for violating his terms and conditions of probation stemming from a pervious loaded gun case.

According to TMZ, officers initially went to the rapper’s home after receiving complaints that the 26-year-old “had been threatening people online with guns.”

It’s unclear if the rapper, best known for his hit “Crank That” and “Pretty Boy Swag,” is still in custody.

In 2014, Soulja was arrested after for possession of a concealed weapon. The rapper was a passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over in Los Angeles for a routine traffic stop in which law enforcement noticed that the then-23-year-old was in possession of a loaded gun.

SB’s latest arrest comes on the heels of an ongoing feud with actor Shia LaBeouf. Earlier this month, the rapper was upset that LaBeouf mentioned him during his rap that aired on The Breakfast Club.

Soulja fired back with a threatening Instagram post suggesting Shia should stick to acting and that he is officially banned from Atlanta. “You a b***h a** n***a, you can’t never come to Atlanta, you can’t never come to the streets in the hood,” Soulja Boy said in the video. “You can never live my life, you need to stick to acting, real s**t, n***a.”

He continued, “This rap s**t ain’t for you, n***a, for real have some n***a pull up on you, f**k Shia Labeouf. N***a, f**k you talking about keep my name out your mouth, you don’t want no beef, on my mama, you better stick to acting n***a cause this s**t get real.”

Michelle Williams Admits To Being “Suicidal” During Destiny’s Child Days

Michelle Williams revealed to the world on Wednesday that she was once suicidal.

During an appearances on CBS’s The Talk, the singer admitted that she considered taking her own life during the height of the group’s success. “I’m in one of the top-selling female groups of all time, suffering with depression,” Williams said.

According to the pop star, she struggled with depression from age 13, but it wasn’t until her 30’s that she came to terms with it. “I think at the age of 25, had I had a name to what I was feeling at the time, I would have disclosed that ‘I’ve been suffering from depression.'”

She continued, “When I disclosed it to our manager [Beyonce’s dad, Mathew Knowles] at the time, bless his heart, he was like, ‘You all just signed a multimillion-dollar deal. You’re about to go on tour. What do you have to be depressed about?'”

Williams then confessed that the depression, which she first chalked up to being tired, got “to the point where I was suicidal… and wanted out.”

Following the singer’s public confession, she took to Twitter to thank fans and the talk show for their support. “Thank you @TheTalkCBS for being a safe place to talk about #depression #mentalhealthawareness!!” she wrote. “Don’t be afraid to reach out for help!”
