It’s still a mystery … who (if anybody) is “Becky with the good hair” that Beyonce speaks of in her popular track “Sorry?”
First, it was rumored that Rita Ora was the alleged mistress, followed by chatter it was fashion designer Rachel Roy; but now, the new name being thrown into the ring is none other than Kris Jenner.
A story posted by the Daily Mail suggests the Kardashian matriarch was the woman behind Jay Z’s rumored infidelity.
Beyonce’s former hairstylist, Anthony Pazos, told the news outlet that while working with Bey during the singer’s VMAs and SuperBowl performances, the “rumor” was “that the one line ‘Becky with the good hair’ is Kris Jenner.'”
Anthony didn’t confirm the inner circle gossip himself; he did, however, explain that there was nothing romantic between the rapper and Jenner, but that the pair’s troubled marriage was indeed over another woman.
He explained, “The funny thing about it is that no one believes that because they are like, ‘Jenner is older – why would Jay-Z do that?'” He added, “But if you think about it, it makes perfect sense.”
“In the way that if you were going to be with … someone that they know interpersonally who has the same amount of money that they do, and so that’s the ‘rumor’ that was going around on our production while we were working with Bey. Take what you want from that,” Pazos said.
The hairstylist’s comments, sadly, appear to be mere PR stunt to get attention because he continued to insinuate why Kris could be the mystery woman. “Kris does have good hair and ‘Becky’ always refers to a white woman in the African-American community. Becky is a generic white name for somebody – a white girl,” Pazos said.
A source, however, revealed to E! News that Kris being “Becky” is simply a joke and that Pazos is “way outside” the family’s inner circle.
Oh, and oddly enough, in May 2016, Jenner was spotted in Los Angeles wearing a lemon print dress. Hmmmm.
Kris has yet to respond to the new claims.
Jill Scott’s Drunken Disaster NOT The Result Of Divorce Drama … So She Says.
Jill Scott is blaming it on the alcohol … not her divorce.
Jilly from Philly had one drink (or several) too many and decided to document her mood for all to see on social media. By the looks of it, she instantly regretted it.
Scott snatched the video down within hours of posting it, but that was still long enough for fans to reach out to the songstress with cries of concern in her comment section. Jill, who recently filed for divorce from her second husband, Mike Dobson, seemed to be crying in the beginning of the video … then laughing hysterically by the end. And, of course, her tribe of supporters took notice.
Unfortunately, Scott wasn’t here for the sympathy. Instead she clapped back at those insinuating she was drowning her divorce tears in a bottle of Henny. In an IG post captioned, “Real Talk. Good Night,” Jill explained that all y’all need to chill and not everything is about her ex.
So, do you believe her? Jill and Mike were married just 15 months before Scott filed for divorce citing “inappropriate marital conduct.” Dobson then went on a media tour shading the Neo-soul singer calling her controlling and evil.
Look, Jill, if you are hitting the bottle to hide your pain we won’t blame you. Even if it is “out of your mind” we’re sure it’s still stressful and that’s ok. On the other hand, if you were justing getting super lit on a Saturday, then more power to you!
