Khloe Kardashian is speaking out about her sister Kim Kardashian’s recent Paris robbery and according to the middle sister, Kim isn’t “doing that well.”
Earlier this month, Kim was bound, gagged, locked in the bathroom of her Paris apartment and robbed of $10 million by two armed men posing as cops. The mother of two was not injured, however, was obviously pretty shaken up.
The family has remained mum about the incident, that is, until now, when Khloe stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show to talk about the terrifying moment. “I mean, she’s not doing that well. I mean, it’s incredibly traumatic what happened to her, but our family is super close and great and we’ll get through it together, and we do appreciate all of your guys’ love and support and it will take time,” the reality star told Ellen on Tuesday’s episode.
She added, “You know it was horrible what happened to her.”
Since the robbery, Kim, the queen of social media, hasn’t posted a thing on any platform. So when asked by Ellen if the famous family will be holding back what is shared on social media, Khloe responded: “Well, I think it’s just a wake-up call to make a lot of life adjustments. This is a really serious matter for Kim, I think, that’s really personal as to when that emotional terror you could move on from that.”
Khloe added, “I think for us it’s all a wake-up call for all of us, but definitely just to make sure our sister’s OK.”
While the Kardashian clan continues to focus on being “protected as well as possible,” the reality star, who is currently dating NBA player Tristan Thompson, explained they will get through these trying times as a family. “We’ll do this together. I think it’s important to make those adjustments and to pull back a little bit, I think, is always smart.”
Kevin Hart, who was hosting with Ellen, chimed in and suggested that it’s “dope” that they are all there for Kim.
