Just one week after being spotted showing an obvious baby bump in London, Janet Jackson is officially confirming her pregnancy.

For the first time, the pop star is speaking out about expecting her first child with Wissam Al Mana. “We thank God for our blessing,” Jackson tells PEOPLE exclusively.

The glowing mother-to-be also exclusively posed for the upcoming PEOPLE issue (on newsstands Friday). The 50 -year-old, who back in April postponed her Unbreakable World Tour to plan “a family,” stunned in an all-white dress paired with a beige sweater.

A source tells PEOPLE that Jackson is doing “extremely well” and that “she actually feels very good about everything.”

It’s unclear when Jackson is expected to give birth.

CodeBlack Could Redeem Itself With New Omar Epps, Paula Patton Flick

No shade to CodeBlack Films, but it’s last flick, All Eyes On Me, was kind of a disaster. From the poor ratings and reviews, to stars like Jada Pinkett Smith and 50 Cent slamming the film, folks just weren’t feeling it.

But that may all change with their new movie Traffik. The action-packed thriller slated for theaters April 27, 2018 stars Omar Epps, Paula Patton and Laz Alonso, and it looks pretty darn good.

In the film, Brea (Paula Patton) and John (Omar Epps) are off for a romantic weekend in the mountains. Isolated at a remote estate, the couple are surprised by the arrival of two friends, another couple, Darren (Laz Alonso) and Malia (Roselyn Sanchez). Just when the weekend starts to get back on track, a violent biker gang turns up and begins to torment them. The foursome are forced to fight for their lives against a gang who will stop at nothing to protect their secrets.

The film is written and directed by Deon Taylor. Patton is also a producer.
