It’s pop culture on steroids and Janelle Monae is leading the way!

The flyest chick to sport black and white has been tapped to perform at Entertainment Weekly’s PopFest. She joins musical performers Tove Lo and Nick Jonas.

PopFest is a two-day festival with a mix of pop culture-related events, including live music, film and television screenings, talks with talent and creators, including actors, TV showrunners, film directors, videogame designers, authors and more. It’s been dubbed the “Ultimate Pop Culture Event” and will take place in Los Angeles October 29-30, 2016 at The Reef.

It has also been announced that Jennifer Aniston, Courtney B. Vance and the rest of the cast of Office Christmas Party will hit the PopFest stage for an exclusive sneak peek of the film and a discussion about the making of the comedy.

Author Terry McMillan has also been tapped to participate in a reading and signing during the festival. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg for the pop culture event.
